Vietnam has just finished negotiating a Free Trade Agreement with the EU (EVFTA) at the end of 2015. Together with the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement, the EVFTA is expected to create big impacts on institutions and policies of Vietnam in the coming time, including the Intellectual Property (IP).
IP is one of the sector that the EU is most concerned and requires Vietnam to have high commitments in the EVFTA. Therefore, in implementing these commitments, Vietnam is expected to have to modify and adjust its related domestic laws and regulations.
We will highly appreciate your participation into the conference.
