Vietnam - EU Free Trade Agreement Negotiation

The Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU – including the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Armenia, and the Kyrgyz Republic) was signed on May 29th, 2015. This FTA is now under the domestic ratification process of the Parties and has not come into effect yet. This is the very first FTA of the EAEU and is expected to create preferences for Vietnamese enterprises when exporting to EAEU countries.

Tokyo to host 2-day TPP talks from Monday: minister

Japanese economy minister Toshimitsu Motegi said Friday that Tokyo will host a two-day conference of top negotiators of the remaining 11 signatories to the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade deal from next Monday.
