Vietnam has just finished negotiating a Free Trade Agreement with the EU(EVFTA) at the end of 2015. Together with the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement, the EVFTA is expected to create big impacts on institutions and policies of Vietnam in the coming time.
The reviewing Vietnam legal framework against EVFTA commitments on Investment is of great importance for determining the inadequacies in Vietnam legislation toward EVFTA; then proposing appropriate revisions to investment laws, which are not only in compliance with EVFTA but also able to protect and balance the benefits of domestic and foreign investors, especially of EU investors.
With the support of the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland in Vietnam, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has conducted research on Reviewing Vietnamese laws and regulations against EVFTA commitments.
We respectfully introduce you Reviewing Vietnamese laws and regulations against EVFTA commitments on Government Procurement.
