Decision No. 1972/QD-BCT on the Establishment of Vietnam Domestic Advisory Group (DAG)

On August 17, 2021, Minister of Industry and Trade signed a decision on the establishment of a Domestic Advisory Group (DAG) under Article 13.15 of Chapter 13 on Trade and Sustainable Development, the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement.
The member list of Vietnam DAG issued in the decision’s appendix comprises: (i) the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), (ii) the Institute for Workers and Trade Unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) and (iii) the Centre for Sustainable Rural Development. This list may be adjusted and supplemented according to the Decision of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
