On December 14, 2020, the Government issued Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on working conditions and labor relations.
The Decree consists of 11 Chapters, 115 Articles and 3 Annexes on forms of employment reports, which stipulate health care for female employees. This Decree takes effect from February 1, 2021.
