The European Parliament (EP) recently voted to officially ratify the European Union-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) and the EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA). After nearly 10 years of negotiations, the approval of the EVFTA by both Vietnam and the EU has offered a new horizon for greater and more comprehensive cooperation and stronger development, meeting the needs of the people and businesses of the two sides.
