Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 19 emphasised that Vietnam will create favourable conditions for the business community, including Dutch corporations and businesses, to invest successfully, sustainably, and long-term in Vietnam when he received a Dutch business delegation led by Ingrid Thijssen, chair of the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW) in Hanoi.

In 2024, the Government restored the Programme on improving the business environment by issuing Resolution 02/NQ-CP on reforming the business environment and enhancing national competitiveness. The return of the Resolution after a year of hiatus carries the message that boosting the business environment is a priority task, demonstrating the Government’s attention and companionship with the business community.
