Based on the results of the Training Needs Assessment, EuroCham experts designed the training curriculum with four main themes: (1) advocacy and consultation with members; (2) strategic management and association management; (3) providing effective services to members; (4) project writing skills and press releases. This document is aimed at training activities to improve capacity and share knowledge and experiences with associations in advisory activities, advocacy and consultation with members.
