Recommendations for VN steel pipe businesses in the AD and CVD case in the US

On November 15, 2011, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) issued a decision to initiate anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on standard carbon steel pipes imported from Vietnam and India, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. The decision was initiated after a lawsuit filed on October 26, 2011 by four US companies, Allied Tube & Conduit, JMC Steel Group, Wheatland Tube, and US Steel Corporation.
