3 potential changes on U.S. Trade Remedies Law

In December 2010, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) continuously proposed plans to amend a number of important procedures in the US anti-dumping investigation for public comment. These are changes in the DOC's investigation practice that, if implemented, will have a direct impact on Vietnamese manufacturing and exporting enterprises to the United States, which are subject to anti-dumping lawsuits that are already in effect or may occur in the future.
