Vietnam approved the first Protocol to amend the ASEAN-Japan Agreement
01/07/2020 43Resolution No.101/NQ-CP has been issued on June 26th to approve the First Protocol to amend the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (AJCEP) signed on April 14, 2008.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the concerned ministries and organizations, shall organize the implementation of the Protocol, supporting the business community to effectively utilize opportunities and rights in the process.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall carry out external procedures by regulations.
