Official Letter No. 5825/TCHQ-GSQL regarding statement of origin within the UKVFTA

Based on Diplomatic note MISC 125/21 of the Consulate General of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the General Department of Vietnam Customs announces that only the following statements of origin are accepted to the end of December 31st, 2021:
- Certificate of origin (C/O) form EUR.1 regulated at point a clause 1 Article 19 of Circular No. 02/2021/TT-BCT ;
- Statement of origin regulated at point b clause 1 Article 19 of Circular No. 02/2021/TT-BCT ;
With regard to the statement of origin regulated at point c clause 1 Article 19 of Circular No. 02/2021/TT-BCT, exporters of the UK have to register EORI to replace the former REX number. EORI can be checked at: https://www.gov.uk/eori.
