The Government issued Decree No. 84/2023/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 129/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 of the Government promulgating the  special preferential import tariff schedule of Vietnam to implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement for the period 2022 - 2027

Decree No. 84/2023/ND-CP amends and supplements Decree No. 129/2022/ND-CP as follows:

1. Appended at the end of point a of clause 3 of Article 3: "from March 4, 2022 to December 31, 2022 for the Federal Republic of Myanmar;"

2. Appended at the end of point b of clause 3 of Article 3: "From January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 for the Federal Republic of Myanmar; from June 2, 2023 to December 31, 2023 for the Republic of the Philippines;"

3. Appended points n and o after point m of Clause 2, Article 4 as follows:

"n) Federal Republic of Myanmar

 o) Republic of the Philippines."
