In order to reflect in details the implementation of import and export administrative procedures, difficulties and problems of the business community in the process for realization of customs procedures and specialized management and inspection procedures, The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the General Department of Viet Nam Customs, with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) performed the Report: Businesses’ Satisfaction with Import-Export Administrative Procedures: Findings from the 2020 Survey" according to results of the survey at 3,657 enterprises operating in the fields of import and export business, production for export, processing, export processing, logistics services and customs brokers...
