Import and Export Tariff Schedule of Vietnam in 2024

The contents of the general tariff schedule include:

1. List of Vietnam's import-export goods according to Circular No.31/2022/TT-BTC.

2. 2024 tariffs related to exported and imported goods:

• Regular and preferential import tariffs;
• 16 special preferential import tariffs (ACFTA, ATIGA, AJCEP, VJEPA, AKFTA, AANZFTA, AIFTA, VKFTA, VCFTA, VN-EAEU, CPTPP, AHKFTA, VNCU, EVFTA, UKVFTA, RCEPT);
• Export tariff schedule, CPTPP preferential export, EVFTA preferential export, UKVFTA preferential export;
• VAT schedule (updated Decree 94/2023/ND-CP);
• Special consumption tax and environmental protection tax schedule.

3. Product management policies according to HS codes of the Government and Ministries and Sectors.
